At REI, I draw on my extensive camping, hiking, and backpacking experience to match customers with the best gear for their adventure. I answer questions about our products, provide suggestions based on my and my colleagues' experience, and assist in measuring and fitting gear. My favorite part of the job is working with customers to choose the best backpack for them. It brings together my interest in ergonomics and my personal experience and it's always a satisfying moment when a pack fits just right.

As a Scout Shop Sales Associate, I make sure every Scout and Scouter has what they need to be successful in Scouting. This includes selling uniforms, program materials, outdoor equipment, and awards. I ensure customers know what they need, help them with selecting the appropriate equipment for their size and age, and ensure all sales are recorded accurately.

I took the summer of 2023 after graduating from RIT to settle down and work on personal goals. I moved apartments, got a new car, and worked to lay the groundwork for my career.

As a student bartender and catering assistant, I was responsible for safely and courteously serving a variety of food and beverages in a wide range of settings. From serving beer and wine at RIT's hockey arena to an intimate lunch for senior university officials, and continental breakfasts for recruiters at a job fair, I show up in uniform and with a smile.

As General Manager, I guided my team through WITR's largest rebranding and capitol investment project in over a decade. We worked to overhaul the on- and off-air brands, refresh our network infrastructure, secure a power increase, and other improvements. I was directly responsible for planning and monitoring tasks, running weekly meetings, managing required FCC filings, and filling in other tasks when needed.

As Program Director, I laid the groundwork for the format refresh, rewrote training materials to work in a virtual setting, hired five new staff members, and trained students to be on-air DJs. My general responsibilities were to monitor our on-air content, oversee our music library, manage a department of 7, and uphold the quality standards of the station.

I served as a member of the International Service Team for the 24th World Scout Jamboree held at the Summit Bechtel National Scout Reservation as an Information Booth Attendant. The event was attended by over 45,000 Scouts from over 100 countries, not including day visitors. I worked on a team with a Colombian Scouter and a Swiss Scout. My responsibilities included distributing information about events and attractions at the event, providing directions to visitors, and providing other assistance to improve the visitor experience.
