Kryha is a product studio specialised in building solutions based on blockchain technology, particularly for supply chain collaboration. I was responsible for product research, design and development, driving innovation and shipping intuitive products that work. In this role I was part of the Leadership Team.𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Managed people and projects during company growth, aligning the product and design efforts with business strategy.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Led product innovation while ensuring high standards of user experience and product quality across all teams.𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Responsible for Kryha's people and culture strategy, creating an environment where autonomy, creativity and efficiency thrived.

In this role I led the Product and Concept Design team, overseeing Kryha’s product innovation and delivery for clients such as FedEx, BASF, Glencore, and Unilever.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Ensured consistent delivery of high-quality products that met client needs in various industries and our internal standards.𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Managed and mentored a diverse group of people towards creating simple solutions to solve complex problems.

In this role I built Kryha’s Product and Concept Design Team from the ground up and equipped them with the necessary tools, processes, and knowledge to innovate and develop cutting-edge products.𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Built the Product and Concept Design team from scratch, recruiting product and design talent to form a new capability within Kryha.𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Hired and mentored team members, providing them with the tools, processes, and guidance needed to grow and create great products.

Re|Source is a metals traceability solution, enabling sustainable supply chains. Kryha was the product partner of this battery supply chain consortium initiative (amongst which were Glencore and Umicore, Tesla was launching partner). I was responsible for the initial concept design, product innovation and strategy, as well as the first Battery Passport pilots.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Worked on product strategy and its implementation, aligning stakeholders, tech, design, and implementation teams.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Created the initial concept and led product innovation for a cutting-edge solution to solve one of the biggest challenges in supply chains.𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Designed and oversaw successful execution of the first global pilots, coordinating across industry stakeholders.

As COO of i-AMdigital, a digital career growth platform for the 3D-printing industry, I led operations, managed the team and the product development process from the company’s inception until Alexander Daniels Global took over the platform.𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Streamlined processes and productivity to collaborate towards delivery of the early versions of the i-AMdigital platform.

As a founding partner and Venture Designer at TES, a venture studio dedicated to supporting impact founders, I contributed to the success of various initiatives such as i-AMdigital by providing hands-on support to accelerate innovation and growth.𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Co-founded and operated our own studio, employing multiple people.𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Developed various moonshot ideas into early startups through setting up teams, strategy, process, and run-way.

As the UX Director at Fabrique, I led the user experience strategy and design for clients like Vanderlande, HEMA, and Tate Museums. I managed a team of UX designers to create engaging and intuitive digital products for one of Netherlands’ leading digital design studios.
