Led the Organization Change Management work stream for several global business improvement projects - Sales Forecasting, Flow Planning, Microsoft Office 365 Adoption, Product Information Management, and on the largest of these project - Product Lifecycle Management - as the OCM lead on the project from the business analysis phase through first release training and go-live: - Develop and delivered a customized multiple-week series of team development workshops at project start up- Led communication plan development and execution, including town halls, video design, leadership story lines and communications - designed, developed, and participated in stakeholder engagement in adoption of changes- developed story line, framework, and data collection template for process and technology change impact assessment to optimize adoption - developed training strategy and created the template for training content project - designed and led train-the-trainer sessions and coached trainers - coached and supported project work stream leads on partnering with business leaders to advocate for the process and technology solutions to meet business goals of improving life cycle management of lowering costs by $50 million per year by dramatically improving on-time delivery of the right products at the right time, place, and price

As part of the RIDE Transformation Team established with Federal Funding, I joined a 5-person team that from May to September successfully designed, developed, and implemented the processes and activities to recruit, select, train, coach, and monitor 20 participants chosen from a national recruiting effort in a year-long intensive mentoring and on-the-job training program to become Public School Principals:- Set up and participated as a coach in their monthly training and evaluation sessions to assess and strengthen their abilities to plan for and achieve improved teacher capabilities, student achievement, and school performance- Visited Principals-in-Training monthly in the schools where they were assigned to shadow Principals and perform as Assistant Principals to observe and coach them- Provided support to Trainees as they applied successfully to fill positions as Principals in struggling schools throughout Rhode Island at the end of the apprenticeship year

Consulted to Real Estate Broker building a new Brokerage team of Realtors to grow business processes from sales and marketing to the management of Real Estate transactions and working with Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, and Closing Attorneys

I worked as the Change Management workstream lead coaching leadership teams in multiple industries to help them manage large scale change processes during ERP implementations of SAP, Oracle, and Arriba, as well as other software packages.: -Pepsi - Developed and delivered training for all delivery teams on new Handheld sales forecasting tools Ocean Spray - Led team of 8 Organization Change Management Consultants to redesign business processes, roles and responsibilities for all departments during SAP implementationSmuckers - planned OCM approach for Oracle implementation for Production PlantsCanada Post - Provided process and tools for mapping the value creation process across all headquarters functions from Marketing to Regional and Local Mail Processing Centers and led each function through organization redesign processes. All these projects included significant organization structure redesign, along with business process, and role and responsibility redesign, culture transformation, change readiness assessment, and training from face-to-face to web-based.

Worked with multiple manufacturing and oil companies:At Mobil, designed and facilitated Strategic Planning Future Search Conferences for Mobil Oil Upstream IT Organization, Facilities and Equipment Management Organization, and for Children's Literacy Initiative, Philadelphia Foundation, and Indiana Middle Schools Association to set new customer interaction and customer service strategies and work processes using Future Search Conference and "Socio-Tech" Redesign projects to reshape organizations.
