I demonstrated this through my lawncare business in high school and I continue to use these strengths in my involvements today. I choose to use my time wisely in and out of work/school. This is how I held 4 different internship positions and graduated in 3.5 years. I love to sharpen my skillset in areas I am passionate about, and one passion of mine is Sales. My internship at Assurity, internship at Sandhills, and classes through the UNL Center for Sales Excellence have sharpened my interpersonal skills, use of CRM, and my understanding of the sales process from start to finish.After graduating in December 2023, I joined Insight Global. IG is an organization that is team-centric, values diversity, and has a strong work ethic. I lean on my high motivation and interpersonal skills to capitalize on customer needs and "Find a Way" whether that means uncovering a new need or setting that next meeting.
