With a belief that a strong business opportunity existed, I worked with the founding team to raise startup capital and make three initial acquisitions to build a business and environmental platform from which to execute our strategy.In our startup phase, I was responsible for developing financing from all of our lending sources. I also lead, programmed and develop most of our reporting and analytical data based out of our SQL databases for both management and GAAP financials, for frequent and periodic presentation to management, creditors and investors.As a member of our strategy team, we used Blue Ocean methodology to develop a strategy canvas and create value innovation. Through use of Balanced Scorecard techniques and data development, we attempted to align our strategies throughout all levels of the company.
