-Planned, coordinated and implemented an annual marriage enrichment seminar for 250 couples as well as conferences on family life issues. -Conceptualized and created the first annual parenting state conference.-Championed family ministry in churches throughout Virginia to create intergenerational classes, marriage enrichment events, parenting classes, and new ministry opportunities.-Contributed a chapter on family ministry for a statewide book published by the state Baptist convention.
