Additionally I lead in re-creating our brand image through new logo and website design and deployment.

My responsibilities included providing overall operational and sales planning, direction and control for four hotels, averaging 100 associates, in order to achieve both operational and financial goals, P&L management, client support, indirect sales, team recruitment and development, budgeting & client service.
