As Managing Director and investor I helped the company recover from overtrading and went on to enable very substantial business growth between July 2010 and 2012, and was responsible for several award winning projects including the solar PV system on the 2012 London Olympics. I sold my stake in 2013.

As Director of Resources initially and then CFO, and as one of the founding directors of the NDA, I played an instrumental role in the set up of this important public body to put some momentum into nuclear clean-up and environmental restoration. As CFO I was able to negotiate significant additional funding for the clean-up programme, and delivered some very important infrastructure. I was responsible for the set up and implementation of the Finance, HR, IT and other corporate services including creating the organisation , systems and processes.
