Responsible for the daily management of 24 field technicians, located throughout the Western portion of the United States, delivering timely and effective service solutions to customers in the Document Finishing marketplace. Current customers include, but are not limited to, Office Max, Office Depot and Federal Express. Corporate responsiblies include top line revenue generation and growth coupled with effective field expense management for maximum profit contribution. Particular top line revenue emphasis is given to generating new Equipment Maintenance Agreements (EMA) as well as maximizing EMA renewal rates. Expense reduction focus is on inventory control, part usage, territory time management and staffing.

Regional management of 18 Field Engineers charged with providing timely and efficent service solutions,on Hematology and Chemistry analyzers. Additional responsibilities included top line revenue generation and expense management to achieve the assigned profit goal.

Charged with the responsibility of developing a Western Regional Service office during the Company's decentralization program. Developed and managed a service force in the Western half of the United States numbering in excess of 25 field engineers and several area supervisors. Ensuring the timely and effective delivery of service solutions to Hematology and Chemistry analyzer users, including private physicans' offices as well as hospitals.
