I am a manager with many years of experience working in large capital groups, government, and local administration. I was involved in investment and legal consulting. I sorted out capital group structures, optimized costs, and maximized company benefits. I led the process of integrating into the PGE Group the district heating assets purchased from France's EDF and the purchase of PKP Energetyka (now PGE Energetyka Kolejowa). I oversaw large-scale infrastructure projects in the energy sector. As President of PGE, I started and implemented, in cooperation with the world's leading offshore company Ørsted, the largest offshore wind farm project in the Polish energy sector in the Baltic Sea. I coordinated the nuclear power plant project with ZE PAK and Korea's KHNP.I co-authored the government's plan to spin off coal assets from energy groups as a necessary condition for Poland's energy transition.I developed and implemented the PGE Group's strategy until 2030 with the perspective of climate neutrality until 2050. I can use the company's existing potential and strengthen the competence and commitment of the people I work with. I attach particular importance to the commitment of the companies I manage to support culture and national heritage.
