Project Designer / Office Coordinator
• Production and management of architectural projects of various scales throughout entire project scope: from initial programming and zoning / planning approval, through permitting and construction. Schematic design of floor plans, building sections, interior and exterior elevations, construction drawings, axonometric drawings, surveys of existing buildings / sites, details, utility plans, etc. for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings located primarily in Philadelphia, PA, with other projects throughout the northeast US• Contract writing, due diligence / feasibility analysis for all prospective projects• Coordination / research with local municipalities, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure code compliance and optimal results• Sole management of bookkeeping / financial operations, general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, billing/invoicing, cost/profit analysis and tracking, tax prep/payments, preparation of financial statements, future projections, employee benefit tracking, coordinating directly with principal / owner
