Hi, I'm Daniel Wolf(commonly referred to as "Wolfman")I have been a real estate broker for the past 18 years. I have been licensed with Skyline Properties, for the past 15 years and believe our office has a very outstanding reputation throughout the Puget Sound area.I am married to my wonderful wife Maria (known as Chelo) and we have two outstanding children Daniela and Remi. Our Christian faith is very important to us and we do our best to live a Christ-honoring life. In both my personal and professional life Honesty, Integrity, Humility, and Charity are principles I strive to live by.As a real estate broker I am well-versed in many areas of real estate which include vacant land, residential home sales, and multi-family sales. I also have worked with many investors and do have many insights/knowledge with regards to investment strategies. As a real estate investor myself I’m always advocating for my clients to do likewise. In my opinion real estate is the best financial investment you can make. I do have a Bachelors degree in Business and I get this question asked often, Why Real-Estate? My answer is quite simple, “I truly enjoy working with people and helping them to achieve their dreams.” This may sound cheesy, but it is the truth. Nothing is more satisfying to me than seeing the look of joy on a buyers face when they receive the keys to their NEW HOME. Finally, my goal as your real estate broker isn’t the “One and Done” philosophy, My desire is to create a meaningful relationship where I can be your “Real-Estate Broker for Life.” Most of my clients are past clients or referrals. This shows that I value my customers and in turn they value my service. Unlike many of the discount brokers, my service doesn’t end when the sale closes but continues for a lifetime.
