Maintainence Lead - Groupid
Current• Identify and prioritize software maintenance needs: Work with users and stakeholders to identify issues and prioritize maintenance and support needs based on their impact and urgency.• Develop maintenance plans: Create plans for addressing maintenance needs, including identifying the resources required, defining timelines, and setting expectations for deliverables.• Manage software maintenance activities: Lead the team responsible for implementing maintenance and support activities, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.• Ensure compliance with standards: Ensure that software maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established standards, procedures, and best practices.• Monitor and report on maintenance activities: Track the progress of maintenance and support activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the status of work and any issues that arise.• Continuously improve maintenance processes: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and procedures, and work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Add Features required by customers, prepare and release Service release versions (SR) of product.
