Worked on over 10 global projects to build out middle to back-office systems flow for new business flows as lead business analyst and project manager. The countries are Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Japan, Frankfort (for Brexit), etc. Managing all phases of IT projects from project initiation, requirements analysis, implementation, testing and training. Communicate with IT and business teams across regions with average 30-40 people involved in each project. Responsibility includes writing project plan, functional specification, deliverable timeline management, testing implementation and support, go live support.

Hong Kong

Asia person-in-charge for Cash Prime Brokerage new build out global settlement systems. Cash Prime Brokerage was started in Nomura 10 years ago, was the owner in Asia for the build out, enhancements, and user support for the settlement and client position safekeeping flow. Worked closely with front office client services, PBMO, collateral, asset servicing and settlement users across New York, London, Japan, and HK. Responsibility included writing functional specifications, testing implementation and support, application support, etc.
