Title Change.

I oversee the creation of packaging marketing materials and internal documents. I create packaging files for print and work with a variety of contract agencies to produce large volumes of packaging artwork for tight deadlines.Additionally, I create and oversee the creation of internal documentation such as owner's manuals, labels, POP materials, and other consumer facing materials.

I create product packaging, oversee contractor packaging agencies, and work with internal employees to ensure that products are packaged in an appealing manner. I also oversee the creation of catalogs and various other graphically intensive documentation. During my time as the Packaging Designer, I implemented an organizational rework of the entire packaging process while simultaneously rolling out a completely new packaging style for new and existing products. An important component of that successful roll-out was the addition of a packaging review process that brought together key personnel to review and approve packaging before it is released to print. The review process effectively eliminated costly revisions and unnecessary additional work.

I write, illustrate, and edit owner's manuals in a variety of different formats, layouts, and languages. Additionally, I create patent drawings, customer service exams, and a variety of other documentation. I also create and manage consumer catalogs.

I assisted the company in standardizing operations and implementing various training methodologies. I also designed many of the marketing materials present in the stores. Additionally, I wrote the corporate operations manual to be used by franchisees. Lastly, I created the slogan currently in use by the company: "Locally Owned; Locally Love."

I managed the human resource portions and training for the business.

I worked closely with the staff writers to design and edit both new and old training materials.

I taught a freshman English and an online upper division Technical Writing course.
