As one of my direct reports, Jeremy worked on the Disney Infinity projects as a level rendering and surfacing artist. Specifically, Jeremy was responsible for the creation and implementation of toy buildings and other core content 3d objects used in all areas of the Disney Infinity projects. It was necessary that these assets look great and within the Infinity toy style. Jeremy was well suited to this task. His surfacing abilities and expertise were in demand by other departments and he could always be counted on to produce quality work. Jeremy was also responsible for the customization of Core Content within the game and took the initiative to get problems solved, working with art direction and program engineers to produce and implement materials through a database system. Jeremy owned this feature and I was confident it would always look and work great. He sometimes worked directly with outsourcing to produce assets due to the vast quantity needed and managed this process very well. There is another aspect of Jeremy’s career that makes him a valuable asset for any team. He brings a commonsense approach to render dev that aids both in the creation of assets and the rendering technology. He worked closely with Lead rendering engineers to prove out features and arrive at solutions. Jeremy was instrumental in solving several shader issues related to customization and destruction. In summary, Jeremy is extremely capable of contributing significantly to any project as a rendering/surfacing artist. I would gladly work with him on every project as his manager or otherwise and recommend him without reservation. "
