Ensures early intervention and resolution where possible to dealers, field, and consumers. Answers all customer sales and campaign-related inquiries, including customer problems and/or complaints requiring interpretation, investigation and follow-up.

Regularly monitors, audits and updates the internal pricing tables of a broad range of retailers. Responsible for auditing inventory based on characteristics, attributes, gender, and styling in order to ensure item accuracy and overall elevated site aesthetic. Understands product trends, historical data, and departmental input at the department/brand/category level in order to manage in-season needs and opportunities.

Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments per H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities. Unload delivery truck, receive, open, and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals. Actively process, stock, and replenish garments on sales floor and stock room.

Work with the design team and photographer to ensure all content is engaging, and marketable towards the company's audience.
