I am a Toronto based partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP where I advise Canadian and international businesses on M&A transactions and complex commercial matters. I work with strategic and financial buyers, sellers, boards and special committees on their most important transactions. In addition, I advise issuers, investors and investment dealers on securities offerings, including equity and debt transactions. I help public companies with continuous disclosure and corporate governance matters and assist clients in structuring joint ventures and related shareholders agreements.
