  The most rewarding part of my job is having the opportunity to utilize my problem-solving skills and see people improve their financial lives as a result. In my experience, clients tend to enjoy spending money but they find saving to be more of a challenge. So, in order to prioritize saving as a concept with increasing appeal, I tell clients that rather than save, we are going to “spend” everything. However, instead of buying a car, for example, we are going to buy a Roth IRA. If my client is new to investing, I always take the time to explain the concepts and strategies in a way they will understand. My clients are my first priority.
