Worcester Air is a commercial/industrial union sheet metal contractor. The company fabricates and installs sheet metal ductwork and HVAC equipment for major construction projects in eastern New England. I am responsible for setting the company's overall vision and goals, developing, and implementing strategic plans, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Since 2010, we have trained our staff on, implemented, and grown the business through a variety of lean manufacturing practices. Through this objective, we reduced wasted resource across our projects, processes, and systems from intake through completion.
