I really enjoy solving problems and mysteries. Problems are issues that my clients may have where I can find the best or easiest way to do something. Mysteries are issues where a system is not doing what it should be doing and I need to find out why.I am very good at listening to different views of a problem and synthesizing a solution. Rephrasing the problem can also be helpful for figuring out a common solution. Brainstorming out of the box ideas for problems is a fun way to sometimes come up with an interesting take on how to solve an issue.I started out with an engineering focus in college and then realized that I didn't want to be an engineer for the rest of my life. So I finished up as a literature major. Life has a way of laughing at you, because here I am in a technical field and enjoying every other minute of it. But the broad range of topics that I studied at Penn State was very interesting. I also learned that a technical field does not mean that I am immersed in calculus and trigonometry every day either.
