- Recruit for fortune 500 companies (primarily in the healthcare industry)- Create and post job opportunities (managed 8-12 open positions at a time)- Conduct initial interviews with possible candidates prior to submission- Debrief candidates who have received an interview from our clients- Call between 50-100 people a day and describe the current positions I am staffing for- Assist in the training of new employees (detailing how to use the companies’ applications)
