• Provided Hanen’s More Than Words program via telepractice to parents/caregivers under the Hanen-OAP Initiative as a Hanen certified SLP.• Continued the program without interruption as the COVID-19 pandemic hit Ontario.• Skillfully utilized the Zoom for Healthcare platform, maximizing its potential, to provide group and individual sessions that were highly engaging and personalized.
