We serve all types of companies in every industry. Specifically, my role is to engage and retain companies in the services provided by Workforce Chaplains. We offer our services to employees of organizations remotely, in person, through individual and group meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, memorial services, and prayer. Workforce Chaplains offers non-denominational support to employees and their family members who choose to take advantage of this benefit. By offering this to employees as a partner to employee assistance programs, our customers have been able to successfully retain employees. As the COVID pandemic continues, our customers report how offering this holistic support has been invaluable for their bottom line.
