Debra Milstein Gardner: I have 44 years of HR, EEO, and Affirmative Action experience gained while working in the public and private sectors in various human resources roles. In 1990, I founded Workplace Dynamics LLC as a women-owned and operated human resources compliance consulting firm. In November 2016, OutSolve LLC purchased the affirmative action side of our business; however, I continue to provide support in the affirmative action arena, as requested by OutSolve, as a market analyst.My career began at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission before I transitioned in the private sector working for Marriott Corporation. At Marriott, I continued working in the EEO arena for several years before assisting in the design and management of the affirmative action compliance program for 17 business lines covering 240,000 employees. To round out my HR experience, I moved into an operating division with $258 million in annual sales and 9,000 employees to support their HR function. Throughout my career at Marriott, I was also responsible for the training design and facilitation for new managers across division specialty areas.
