 Act as the initial point of contact with veterans and/or service membersSchedule expedited exams for Veterans that will help the VA make a determination for compensation & pension benefits.  Contact veterans or service members, verify identity, and informs him or her of the disabilityexamination. Responsible for updating information in OMS and makes comments regarding the outcome ofcall and check veteran’s availability to attend appointments. If unable to make contact after multiple calls, send a VBMS request to Team Leader
