As a driving instructor/teacher, I state to help new drivers to develop their skills and understanding of safe, defensive and ecological driving for lifetime use. In an individual approach, based on the unexperienced/underexperinced driver's actual skills, I use the methodical instruction as a guideline and a question-based instruction method. The student's effort in taking part is the drive behind his/her personal growth as a driver. A coaching approach sets an open and positive platform for an efficient learning porcess.By this I try to follow the concept of GDE in creating a generation of skilled, mature, helpfull and alert driver.
