- Overall responsible for Vanderlande Industries’ European supply chain for all Vanderlande Industries´ design products. Departmental responsibilities include operational, initial, and strategic procurement/sourcing, supply chain management (supply coordination, supply planning, supply engineering), new product introduction, and cost engineering.- Managing a supply chain center (internal store) with a P&L and an annual turnover of over €75M. The supply chain center sells and supplies Vanderlande Industries’ design products to projects worldwide.- Managing a team of 20 professionals including Supply Chain Coordinators, Supply Chain Planners, Supply Engineers, Operational Buyers, Initial Buyers, Sourcing Managers, and Cost Engineers.- Managing external relations with Suppliers and internal relations with Business Development Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Research & Development.- Member of the Corporate Procurement & Logistics Management Team.

- Responsible for the strategic planning of the development of Vanderlande Industries’ global supply network covering Europe, North America, and China.- Alignment of Supply Chain’s strategic planning with the mid- and long term business goals. - Support the Sales Teams for “Major Projects” in planning and executing the set-up of project specific supply chains. - Develop and improve supply chain management strategies, processes, and tools for the supply of equipment to “Major Projects”.

- Responsible for Vanderlande Industries’ North American supply chain and all project and non-project related procurement activities. Departmental responsibilities included operational, initial, and tactical procurement, contracting, supply coordination and planning, and quality control.- Development of a supply chain for manufacturing Vanderlande Industries’ design conveying equipment in North America.- Contracting and contract management for large service contracts supporting the installation and commissioning of Vanderlande Industries’ projects in North America. Contracts varied from €100K up to €15M.

- Responsible for S&OP, single and multi-project planning processes and activities related to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

- Responsible for single and multi-project planning, supply chain planning, and resource management activities for Vanderlande Industries´ offices in England, USA, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, and South Africa.

- Responsible the planning, monitoring, and control of the supply chain for Vanderlande Industries’ “Major Project” at UPS’ Worldport in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
