Responsible for the correct implementation of the repair module of a new business application, an ERP system named Pentagon 2000 SQL. This new ERP system replaced 4 legacy systems over 4 locations (three in the Netherlands and one in the USA), total users of 350. Managed 5 team members on different locations. Performed the complete ‘big-bang’ conversion of the four legacy systems to the new ERP system. Gained knowledge about programming, IT infrastructure, databases. And did all the functional maintenance on the database and software during the implementation.After implementation continuing monitoring for bugs or incorrect procedures in the system. Was the ‘last resort’ to correct the system. Wrote numerous queries to detect problems or correct interim software problems. Changed procedures and processes were necessary.

Development/implementation of procedures for improvement on processes, working methods and quality. Developing proposals for continuing lowering costs (labor and parts) on work orders.One of the ‘fathers’ of the design of the Avionics/Instrument shop as it stands today in the Schiphol plant. Gained experienced in design of shop floors including clean rooms and ESD protection.

Had direct contact with Vendors, Customers and internal departments regarding technical issues of a component or range of components. Developed own test equipment and also specified test equipment needed to perform the job. Assist Sales and Product Management technically on products and wrote business plans. Developed and wrote internal procedures for the Avionics shop specific but also for the Schiphol plant in general.
