CurrentInventor and developer the Vattenfall high temperature heat pump system that can one-on-one replace the gas boiler in the majority of the existing houses in the Netherlands and beyond.In a small team we managed to create a system that uses a CO2 heat pump for whole house heating and domestic hot water production. This solution makes it possible to simply replace the condensing gas boiler by the heat pump system and be fossil free in one go without any additional measures on distribution system and insulation and without an increasing energy bill.Responsible for the business development activities within the Vattenfall continental region.Focus is both B2B as B2C in the Netherands, Germany and the UK:- Founder of the "Nuon Energiedak" (Energy roof). A solution which focuses on improving the enegry efficiency of the existing privatly owned houses in the Netherlands with regards to comfort, esthetics, health and financial business case.- Demand Response, Demand Side Participation and Demand Management in the B2B environment- Smart metering, with a focus on the big data elements of Smart metering and the behavioural science aspects of creating customer insights based on these data- Internet of Things and Internet of Everything especially from an energy perspective with Smart thermostats / Smart heating as an example- Decentral generation and Storage: PV and community scale wind energy enabling off-grid / autarkic living
