It was my job to plan and oversee the (trans)loading, transport and discharing of abt. 30 train transports per week through Europe, mainly from Hungary to Germany/Netherlands and back. Together with our service providers, we made sure we could execute our agreements with our sellers and buyers and meanwhile making best use of our wagonfleet.

It's my job to create a strategy for spare parts and service tools for the first and new lithography machines of ASML and manage the performance of these machines by having the optimal set of spares and tools in place against lowest costs.

Managing the creation and implementation of standardized processes within the department New Product Logistics at ASML. These new processes lead to more forecasting and predictability, which benefits the material availability at ASML.

I'm supporting the reorganization in the IT department of TNT Post by improving and defining processes.

I conducted a research into the role of organizational culture in product development. People use elements of the organization in their communication because they are logical and the 'right' way. These elements are actually assumptions. As these assumptions are unknown for individuals from other organization, it results in problems in the product.
