As a pre sales solution advisor on Core HR solutions, like time management and payroll, I focus on bringing the best value for our customers.During my career, I have been managing (large) teams of international consultants focused on implementation and maintenance of solutions based on SAP HR and Succesfactors best practices.As a solution and business architect, I have more than 15 years experience in translating organisational processes and specific wishes into global aligned solutions and or predefined processes. All in close collaboration with customer (C level) management, teams and end-users. Within the area of SAP HR, I have performed these roles in international roll outs of the full hr suite of SAP HR. With my open and enthusiastic approach, together with my consultancy and management experience, I am able to connect quickly with people on different levels in organisations. While aligning global processes and set goals into translating these processes towards needed local changes on technical, people and or organisational level.
