Main tasks:Make prototypes of sandwich panel combinations according the specifications of the materials department.Testing new materials and material suppliers.Find process parameters and tools for new developments.Lead demo production runs for testing purposes or customer visits.Support equipment/machine suppliers.Make drawings if necessary for licensee support (Autodesk inventor).Technical purchase and maintain contacts with suppliers.Logistics and transport.Safety and prevention on the workfloor.

Process engineering High-intensity discharge lamps (metal halide) and special products (photo optics, sport fields, suntanning, UV curing, ....).Function as a link between production, R&D, purchasing, quality control, machine design, marketing and planning.Keeping specifications and procedures up to date (ISO 9001).Coordinating all new material + new supplier projects through the process and keeping the material project database up to date (filemaker pro). Introducing new products from R&D in production and lead the pilot productions.Make FMEA's, MSA's and SPC where needed.Following up on safety procedures within production (ISO14001) and work closely with safety manager to enhence safety on the work floor.Lead continuous improvement projects from start till end.
