I am also a big supporter to being Eco-friendly and producing green power such as solar PV.One of the motto's I live by is "you don't stop when you're tired, you stop when you're done".Success is addictive, but it is important to keep balance between work and play. I am a gym fanatic and completed several bodybuilding competitions. I love traveling and exploring new places with my wife. For me, one of the best escapes from work is mountain biking, nothing will keep you saner than a scenic route whilst breaking a sweat. I understand the importance of work/life balance whilst appreciating, especially when starting out that such balance is not always or immediately achieved. I believe that the payback will sit in my growth and future success.
