Data Analyst
CurrentServe in a lead capacity for Departmental Systems Specialists, train new staff, facilitate daily operations, and maintain the overall competency of the HIV data management team. Assist with statistical analysis and production of reports using data from a variety of sources for use in management and/or clinical decisions. Validate data generated internally and externally for reasonableness and accuracy. Identify ways to enhance work processes and improve customer satisfaction. Serve as a resource for information to the staff and managers. Maintain knowledge and promote adherence of all applicable guidelines, policies, and regulations that impact or govern business analyst reporting in order to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
