SalesAs the sole sales person for a 2,000 barrel a year (62,000 gallons!) brewery, I led thecompany to yearly growth every year by over 100% (100% in 2019, 300% in 2020, and slatedto grow 400% in 2021) with a strategic sales plan that I created and executed upon. I managethe relationship, sales, and distribution outlets from our 200+ accounts in the state of Maineto our 12 (soon to be 14!) out-of-state distributors. My day to day includes cold calling,andservicing all local accounts.BrandCollaborate and partner with craft breweries nationwide to grow our following both onsocial media and brand affinity in all active distribution markets. Represent the brewery asthe forward facing member of the company at all festivals, events, store tasting, etc. Leadthe creative ideation and execution of labels and apparel with our graphic designer, as wellas concept, strategize, and create all social media content. BrewerResponsible for all brewing and cellar work including wort production on a 15bbl ABEsystem, brewhouse cleaning/troubleshooting, pilot system brewing, recipe development, allcellar work duties (CIP, Transfers, some barrel work). Assisted in creating and scaling uprecipes for both the pilot and the production brewhouse. Managed the day-to-dayresponsibilities of our production team from processing material orders to scheduling dailyobjectives such as tank cleaning, sanitizing, and keg cleaning.Social Media & Community ManagementGrew the brand from 1.1k to 10.4k in less than 12 months through building a defining lookand feel and tone of voice across all social media accounts. Responsible for all cellar work including dry hopping, yeast pitching/management, transferring,and carbonating. Established and was responsible for the SOP’s for CIP as well as performingCIP’s. Created and maintained cellar and packaging spreadsheets. In charge of QualityAssurance/Quality Control for the cellar (ATP/Dissolved Oxygen readings/troubleshooting).

Helped establish Trillium’s new packaging systems. Mastered the trouble-shooting, operation,and successful integration of Meheen Bottlers/Labelers as well as Universal’s peel plate labeler,PakTec Applicator, and Switchback Tray Packer. Published SOP’s on keg filling and washing. Didmany different cellar operations as well. Handled all ordering and some parts sourcing for thepackaging department.
