Co-founder and executive team member of CardinalBLCK: an affinity group for Black student-athletes at Stanford that provides a safe space for Black student-athletes to connect, share, and foster a meaningful community.- Co-founded CardinalBLCK in 2020 and developed its four pillars. - Coordinated internal communication and meetings for leadership on a weekly basis. - Recorded, collated, and distributed notes from weekly leadership meetings to ensure a collective understanding of goals and progress.- Prioritized leadership’s action items to encourage goal completion. - Planned and hosted virtual meetings for 30 student-athletes to discuss life, current events, and areas for improvement within the athletic department.
