I recently graduated from The University of East Anglia with a First-Class degree in Computer Science and am now the Business Intelligence Analyst for Norfolk and Waveney Mind. In my role, I am responsible for the structure, design and flow of data through the organisation, including currently overseeing a system-wide data migration, as well as the creation of data submissions to the MHSDS (Mental Health Services Data Set). My focus is on reporting, with an overarching goal to enhance organizational performance and spotlight the remarkable achievements of clinical teams.
