Reports to the Director of Customer Service and leads a growing team providing Information Services in Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, the fourth busiest airport in the United States. Information Services includes the management of information desks throughout the terminals to provide passenger assistance services. Maintain stakeholder relationships with tenants and report monthly stats to the Commissioner. Liaison to Travelers Aid Chicago through support of their volunteer program and offering recruitment strategies, providing content for monthly newsletters, distributing marketing materials in the airport and coordinating print requests for wayfinding signage. Maintains stakeholder relationship with Standard Parking, a long standing tenant who manages airport parking. Report concierge incidents to safety and security leaders, facilitate monthly meetings and draft agendas in role as Chicago Department of Aviation liaison. Leads Staff Brigade, a relatively new initiative at CDA. Program is designed to recruit non-union employees to airport terminals during heavy travel seasons. Coordinate event promo material while fielding questions with employees leading up to scheduled events.
