Becca Wright has been the Director of Operations at Solid Branding since 2016, and was instrumental in helping launch the company. She has been responsible for building much of the infrastructure that allows Solid to have the agility and scalability to service a fast growing list of global clients. Through her work and focus on innovative solutions and processes, she has has helped establish Solid as a new generation of branding agency, differentiating it from traditional agencies.Her responsibilities include establishing and managing relationships with the Solid Strategic Partner Network, as well as the global teams of strategists, designers, videographers, programmers, etc. who are part of the agency’s extended resources. Becca also oversees all of Solid’s outsourced infrastructure needs, including, HR, IT, Payroll, Insurance, Legal, and Software Tools. Additionally, Becca manages the contractual and financial relationships with our clients.Prior to Solid Branding, Becca worked in the fashion industry in a multitude of areas. She helped launch Gowan NYC, a startup clothing brand, where she played a key role in establishing the brand’s marketing strategy, developing the visual strategy behind branding assets, even sourcing materials to support the ethical and socially responsible practices necessary to meet the brand’s mission statement. A talented photographer, Becca shot the company’s products and helped build the brand’s visual library.Her previous work experience includes three years at Eileen Fisher, where she was part of the team that implemented and managed new visual merchandising and design standards for the physical retail stores globally. Becca received her BFA with a focus in photography from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN. She also studied Fashion Merchandising and Communication at the London College of Fashion.
