Designed analyses and benchmarks for institutional investors of the explicit and implicit costs of managing investments and the asset safety risks of investing internationally.Managed business change around the separation of business activities, branding, applications and data as Thomas Murray’s Investor Services division was spun off from sell side-facing activities; retained oversight of software development and technical services to maintain strategic fit.Research into investment fund cost discrepancies was featured on the front page and in a whole-page Analysis feature of the Financial Times in May 2013.Carried out a strategic review of the Investor Services division of Thomas Murray; managed transformation of the business model from consulting to service-based; directed product and software development.Managed the industrialisation of a previously internal web-based Request for Proposal/due diligence application, marketed it to the custodian and cash correspondent banking community, oversaw client implementations and tailored functional enhancements to suit.

Developed the strategy and business model for the reintroduction of the Katharine Hamnett brand to the direct-to-consumer market. Oversight of all technology functions, from online store to back-end databases and third party integrations, as well as legal and commercial issues.

Oversaw research and development of Trayned Insight's healthcare data science service. Trayned Pioneer uniquely links a multitude of disparate data sources in order to create "nearest 99" peer groups of GP practices in England in order to make existing indicators of activity and performance relevant and fair. Trayned Insight has also applied advanced statistical techniques to extract new indicators - such as proxies for patients' compliance with prescriptions and indicators of the range of GPs' prescribing repertoires - to maximise the value of existing NHS/healthcare system data sets.

Investigated targets for M&A roll-up strategy and oversaw integration of an ongoing acquisition and rebranding.Researched and evaluated options for the redevelopment or divestiture of an underperforming product.

Led a team of ten developers in Ukraine and five staff in London in developing analytical services and supporting software applications for investment banks and institutional investors. Supervised IT services and guided clients' multi-national implementation teams.Applications covered areas such as agent bank fee analysis and benchmarking, bank operational workflows, and securities market data, and improved - and informed the consolidation of - banks' networks of agent banks.Conducted due diligence visits to banks and central securities depositories to support bank and market ratings.
