Currently I am in my fourth and final year of my Urban and Environmental Town Planning Degree at Griffith University, Nathan Campus. Throughout the teachings of this degree, I have a strong grasp of town planning concepts on how to achieve positive urban and environmental outcomes for both public and private organisations, whilst addressing the wants and needs of community to achieve sustainable outcomes.I have a passion for Town Planning and striving to the best of my ability to provide the best possible solution for the client. Through university I have been introduced to the world of strategic planning, development assessment's, urban design, transport planning, environmental planning, and many others.Completing work experience with the Gold Coast City Council has given me the confidence and people skills needed to successfully engage with clients and the community.Outside of university and work experience, I work casually as a Supervisor for Montezuma's Mt Gravatt, a family restaurant. Working with the public has allowed me to have excellent negotiation skills to finding solutions and help the customers have an enjoyable experience to which they are encouraged and welcomed to come back to.During my spare time I enjoy seeing my family and friends. At times it gets hard to work all elements of social, work, work experience and study together, which has provided me with great time management skills and the ability to efficiently multitask.
