CLA is the country's 8th largest accounting firm with over 120 locations and 6500 employees. I lead the firm's Telecom Advisory practice which had duel responsibilities: 1) internal telecom carrier management serving IT infrastructure, IT business services, and CLA executive leadership 2) comprehensive telecom carrier management services to over 1000 of the firm's enterprise level tax and audit clients including telecom expense recovery audits, optimization of existing services/plans/rates, implementation and administration of telecom management software, professional RFP's, special projects, and outsourced AP for telecom invoices. Our clients were complex and typically had a telecom spend of $1-20M annually from a variety of industries.
