Suzanne is an experienced yoga teacher who enjoys sharing Vinyasa (Flow), Yin and Restorative Yoga. She has been teaching for 13 years and practicing for more than 25 years. Drawn to yoga purely for physical reasons, the constant challenge of physical, mental and spiritual balance is what keeps her coming back to the practice. Her classes, private sessions and workshops are challenging, energetic and aimed at helping students explore and find balance on and off the mat.She enjoys sharing ideas and practices of yoga for workplace wellness, children, classrooms, and athletic programs. In addition, she is experienced in leading 200-hour and Children's Yoga Teacher Training Programs. "In the sanctuary of the studio or private practice, we can explore our vulnerability and hurts, our confidence and strength, our exuberance and playfulness, our abundance and grace, and much more. Yoga allows these experiences in a safe, controlled environment, so we can draw upon their gifts in the chaos of the real world."Prior to teaching yoga, Suzanne spent over 15 year as a sales leader and providing support in the technology industry. Her strengths include cultivating client relationships, constructing complex deals, leveraging the resources of a large organization, and assisting with client licensing issues.
