I contribute to the mission of employment and business success by providing technical assistance and supporting continuous improvement. WorkSource Oregon is an umbrella organization providing career and training services for individuals and support for businesses. My role under the umbrella began as a career coach, working with job seekers and teaching classes. I then changed employers and, still under the umbrella in the role of a trainer and training developer, served staff with skill and knowledge development that helps them support our public-facing customers. Including WorkSource Oregon on my profile reflects the cooperative nature of this work.

Develop and deliver training for WorkSource Oregon staff in the classroom, virtually, and for e-learning platforms, facilitate events and activities, support staff and workplace skill and knowledge development. Develop and host virtual learning activities in online platforms include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, Adobe Connect. Provide individual coaching and group instruction through webinars. Work collaboratively with team to deliver complex trainings for frontline staff and managers, including onboarding and programs that fall under rule and law. Assist with development of job aids and technical guides using Microsoft Office products. Work with subject-matter experts to ensure accurate delivery of information with applied trauma-informed and adult-learning principles.
