About Stephanie Jennings

I think we’re all born with a natural sense of wonder, and I've never lost that curiosity. Maybe that’s why I've earned a reputation for asking great questions. I’m always trying to grow, see things from a different angle, and solve problems in new ways. Not only do I love learning, I even love learning ABOUT learning! And that realization changed my career trajectory from technical writing and information architecture into the realm of instructional design. For me, it provides a perfect blend of creativity, relationship-building, analytical, technical, and organizational skills. It’s a place where my ability to see the big picture and the minutest detail pays off.I love a good challenge. Nothing jazzes me up more than a complex set of training requirements and constraints, because that means I get to tap in to the special sauce. Creating amazing learning experiences keeps me up at night—not because it’s stressful, but because my brain kicks into high gear as I envision all the possibilities that exist within those parameters. There’s nothing better than getting into that flow state! In my current role, I’m proud to work for a company that aims to make the healthcare system work better for everyone. Autoimmune issues run in my family, and it’s made me a lot more health-conscious and compassionate toward those of us struggling with chronic issues. We may have different struggles, but we’re all in this together, just trying to do our best. When I’m not at work, you can find me reading, experimenting in the kitchen, or walking along one of our woodsy Twin Cities trails listening to a podcast about literally anything.
