I train application administrators in the proper configuration of TimeLinx to help them be successful with the software. I support customers when they have issues with the software, and follow issues through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. I work directly with Dev to ensure customization requirements are properly scoped and accurately fulfilled. I create TimeLinx specific ‘How-To’ documents when gaps are discovered, and update our Help documentation as new features are released.I also maintain our demonstration AWS environment to ensure training and demos showcase what new customers will get when installed, and what existing customers could have if they upgrade.
