While working at Santander Bank Polska S.A., my primary responsibility was to maintain and develop investment data.

During my work at Deutsche Bank Poland, as part of the Strategy and Analysis Department, my responsibilities encompassed various tasks. Primarily, I was engaged in creating reports using SAS 4GL, which allowed me to develop my analytical and technical skills. Additionally, an important element of my work involved supplying the data warehouse, which provided the essential basis for decision-making processes within the company.

During my tenure as a Team Leader of a group of programmers at RATIO SYSTEMS Ltd., I was involved in various aspects of system and application development. One of the main areas of my activity was the expansion of the ERP system Impuls, based on the Oracle database utilizing the PL-SQL language. My work included data analysis and reporting using PL-SQL and Crystal Reports, which provided me with the opportunity for a thorough examination and understanding of the data structure.Additionally, I was responsible for describing customer processes and implementing them within the system, which allowed me to fully understand user needs and create solutions tailored to their specifics.My role at RATIO SYSTEMS Ltd. also encompassed developing applications in C#, offering me the opportunity for continuous development of my programming skills and creation of new, innovative solutions for customers.

During my employment at Life+ Sp. z o.o., as an IT Specialist, I had the opportunity to handle various tasks.One of my main responsibilities was the management and development of the Softlab ERP system. Another area I dealt with was creating analyses and reports. For this purpose, I used T-SQL and Crystal Reports, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the data structure I was working with. In addition, I was also responsible for administrating a virtual private network. This position gave me the opportunity to monitor and maintain network security, which was incredibly important for the stability of our systems.My tasks also included providing technical support to our end customers. Often, I was the first point of contact for people with technical issues, which required good communication skills as well as problem-solving abilities from me.Finally, as part of my role, I provided substantive support in the areas of accounting, warehouse management, distribution, and settlements with the National Health Fund (NFZ). My knowledge in these areas allowed me to effectively support our clients and better understand their needs.
