• Accountable for defining and executing go to market strategy and offerings for rapidly growing Professional Services team in support of innovative solution implementations as well as ongoing configuration and operations of Lavastorm Software.• Oversaw services revenue growth from under $US 2M per year to approx $US 9M per year• Accountable for Professional services staffing, budget, and revenue.• Led extreme emphasis on customer satisfaction for all Professional Services work – all key customers are fully satisfied and referenceable accounts.• Led expansion of Global Professional Services team to staff of 45+, in support of services work at over 25 global customers, including customers in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Defined and matured organization structure, processes, and executed internal systems implementations to effectively support success, management and growth of distributed and matrixed teams located primarily in Australia, the US, and Western Europe.• Accountable for defining and executing implementation methodology, blending agile and traditional best practices for delivering rapid time to value for Lavastorm customers and predictable project timelines, while meeting margin and revenue targets for several distinct software products.• Accountable for commercial agreements for services, including PSAs and SOWs with customers.• Assisted in the creation and execution of agreements with partner consulting companies to supplement Lavastorm Services team, covering professional services agreements and the use of contractor resources as needed globally.• Initiated Lavastorm presence in Australia, building out company infrastructure and overseeing hiring of initial local company employees, in support of first non-US Lavastorm customer. The Australian subsidiary had subsequent growth in Professional Services revenue from that account for years after, topping out at a consistent low 7-figure USD annual run rate.
