Responsible for the development, testing, fielding, training, and sustainment of the US Army's One System Remote Video Terminal, the Ground-based Sense and Avoid Airspace Integration System, and the US Army's Unmanned Aircraft Systems Universal Products family of systems, including the Universal Ground Control Station and the Universal Mission Simulator. Responsible for the hardware and software common baselines and interoperability compliance for the ground control segment of the Army's unmanned aircraft systems. Responsible for program planning and development of the Army's future unmanned ground control initiatives.

Responsible for the in-country production and fielding of more than 250 Capability Set 13 network-enabled MRAP vehicles. Coordinated reception and integration of an addtional 100 vehicles and 8,000 line items of network kit from two CONUS-based US Army Brigades. Led a team of more than 300 government and contractor personnel through final integration and stand-up of the first iteration of the US Army's current tactical data network at more than a dozen locations across Regional Command East, Operation Enduring Freedom.

Responsible for integration and fielding of the US Army's Capability Set 13 tactical data network to a deploying US Army Infantry Brigade and the US Army Joint Readiness Training Center. Led a team of engineers, logisticians, and product leads in the reception, integration, training, and testing of more than 400 network-enabled vehicles and 8,000 line items of network-enabled kit. Responsible for coordinating 24 weeks of training across the Brigade Combat Team culminating in a Joint Readiness Training Center rotational exercise.

Responsible for developing the cost, schedule, and performance positions related to development, testing, and fielding of the first iteration of the US Army's next-generation integrated tactical data network, Capability Set 13. Working in coordination with the Department of the Army (DA) G-3/5/7, LandWarNet Mission Command, DA G6, DA G8, Joint Program Office MRAP, PEO Command Control Communications-Tactical, PEO Ground Combat Systems, PEO Close Combat Weapon Systems, and others, responsible for staffing the project through the Army Requirements Resourcing Board and other forums in preparation for the system's deployment to Operation Enduring Freedom.

Responsible for coordinating the daily operations, preparing standard operating procedures, and command functions of the first bi-annual iterations of the US Army's network modernization test initiative, the Network Integration Evaluation. Coordinated the activities of more than 500 team members across multiple Department of Defense organizations and industry partners operating 24 hours a day for more than 4 months. Responsible for evaluating test readiness for participating systems and preparing recommendations for test readiness reviews. Responsible for designing and coordinating integrated product team participation for configuration management processes and upstream developmental processes.
